I've had a few AC companies in the last ten years and hadn't found one that I trusted till now. This company is top notch! They show up on time, don't try to sell me things I don't need, prices are fair, tecs are friendly, treat clients with respect and know what they're doing. The owner, Joe goes out of his way to get the manufacturer to warranty any parts. I was two months shy of my 10 yr warranty with Lenox running out when the blower motor on the handler burnt out. They didn't make that motor anymore and couldn't get one. Joe made a few calls and told me Lenox was going to replace the whole inside handler with a new model. The new one would not work with the current outside unit though. Back to square one until I agreed to buy the new outside unit that works with the new handler. A crew showed up the next morning and both units were installed in about six hours. They even compounded the drywall and painted around the unit to look like it never happened. Joe even showed up to make sure everything was going according to plan. I now have a brand new AC system with a new ten year warranty for about a third of the cost.

9/15/2024. I flew in from Cincinnati walked in the house it was 88 degrees inside made call they responded immediately JJ showed up around 3 pm very nice guy and new right away what the issue was solved the issue ac is back on cooling down the house bill was totally reasonable. So appreciative !!!

A/C crapped the bed and these guys came up online. I was skeptical bc of the internet, send you down a rabbit hole. But they were super helpful. Came out for free and ended up giving me a great price. Fixed and paid, no hassles. Guys were chill and professional. I'll go to them for sure next time as well

Very friendly and efficient. Would 10/10 recommend these guys. I was panicked when my A/C gave out because last time I went two days stuck in the heat. They made it seem like a quick fix (it wasn’t) truly grateful

We had such a great experience with Palm Bay Air Care Experts! They sent JJ out to our place late on a Saturday afternoon, and he was awesome — super kind, polite, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, showed us what to expect down the road, and he and his boss gave us a quote we’re really happy with. We’re very pleased and definitely recommend them!

After my super cool landlords let me and my family go five days without ac they had the experts (and I’m being so serious when I say this) at Palm Bay air care experts come and fix everything within minutes. It started raining and he still went out and did what he had to do. Now we finally have air conditioning. I can’t recommend them enough. I had Joe not the owner Joe he was super professional and polite. Very thorough. He got it working and could’ve just left. But he went and checked everything to make sure this wasn’t a temporary fix. Me and my family appreciate the hard work. Thank yall very much. Can’t recommend enough.

I am really impressed with Palm Bay Air Care Experts. They answered right away and made it to my house super quick. Everyone i spoke to was really professional and the technicians were great! Everything is fixed and good to go! I 100% recommend them and will be using them from now on!
